Journey

You: greetings child, are you a friend or foe?
Stranger: how could you say im telling you the truth?
You: ah a kindered spirit
You: forsooth it is good i met you
Stranger: met? i think the meetings going on ;)
You: many moons i traveled with only pretenders and tricksters
Stranger: well...you never really know, who the one is you meet
Stranger: you got to learn some facts about him, but youll never learn "him"
You: never him
You: a stranger will always be a stranger
You: never truly a him
You: never truly a her
You: a stranger
You: a being of shadows
Stranger: anyone will stay a stranger in some parts
You: mysterious and unknown
Stranger: but its funny and interesting learning some things about the people you meet
Stranger: even if youll never know them
You: the path, the journey is better more fulfilling than the destination indeed
Stranger: indeed
Stranger: how did you come to that?
You: in my journey i've met many
You: some vile creatures
You: some of great minds
You: i can surely say i know none of them
You: but i am a greater being after meeting them
You: for i watch and i learn
Stranger: everyone can say they know noone and nothing when they start thinking
Stranger: you seem to be a really wise person
You: no one person is truly wise. that is why we live and keep living
You: in search for knowledge understading and wisdom
Stranger: but as you said the search for the knowledge is more fullfilling than the real knowledge...
Stranger: but by saying that you could ask yourself, why would you search for something that isnt that great?
Stranger: btu then you would remember that the search is important,
Stranger: and you could start to look for the search...wouldnt that mean that the search for the search is better than the search for knowledge?
You: the search for knowledge is what makes us wise and knowlegeable. knowledge from a book, hence a short journey has less value than knowlege obtained after a long journey
You: so yes
You: the search for the ideal search now rises
You: but if one starts searching for the ideal search
You: one will eventually search for the best search to find the search
Stranger: and then the search for the ideal search becomes more ideal than the ideal search
You: so one must still search for knowledge to break the chain
Stranger: true
You: and one can only hope their search is rewarding
Stranger: and even this chat is a part of the search for knowledge as we get closer to knowledge about some facts
Stranger: you could say everything you do is a part of the search
You: hence our lives are just a search for death
You: what matters is not how we find it
Stranger: i dont think so
You: what matters is how we got there
Stranger: im not looking for death as i now i dont have to look for it
Stranger: im gonna find it when i got to
Stranger: everyone found it before
You: an interesting concept indeed
You: why search for something you will find anyway
Stranger: right
Stranger: and i guess no one really wants to find it before he has to
You: then what is death if not the destination? the final obstacle to overcome beforee the search is completed?
Stranger: some would say it is only a part of the journey
i think it is more like a obstacle
Stranger: or an eternal distraction from your search
Stranger: who knows?
You: another search another answer
You: or maybe some knowledge we were never menat to have
Stranger: another? or the same from a different starting point?
You: in essence all searches are the same?
You: yes
You: indeed
Stranger: youll never know
Stranger: or youll never know that you already know it
